We prefer to answer you via e-mail. If you don’t have email access or if the question is seriously urgent, you can try to reach us by telephone. The best way to get hold of us by telephone is on Mondays – Fridays, 09:00 – 10:00. You can address us in both English and Swedish.

You must be 18 years of age to place an order, minors must have permission in writing from a parent / legal guardian.

We aim, to present the most recent, accurate and reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be instances of incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee that a photograph depicts the product exactly.

Though we apologise for any inconvenience these errors may incur, we reserve the right to amend or update product information at any time, without prior notice. WE LOVE THIS PRODUCT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on merchandise listed at the incorrect price.

All prices include 12-25% VAT (Swedish tax). Products classified as Art have a 12% VAT. Products classified as Functional have a 25% VAT.

Shipping VAT is, according to swedish tax law, calculated as an weighted average VAT based on product price.

All prices are shown in Swedish krona (SEK).

Tax Free (Non EU Customers)
Customers outside of the European Union shops taxfree on and will therefore not be charged for any tax. The 12-25% VAT will be excluded from the total amount when you choose your country in the cart during checkout.

Shipping rates
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping is signed for and traceable. The shipping rates are calculated for each order based on weight, dimensions, freight option and destination. The final shipping rate is presented to you prior your payment in the checkout sequence.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped.

In some cases the products cannot be shipped due to their size or fragility. In these cases the only offered shipping alternative is pick-up. Once you’ve placed your order you’ll be contacted by the xto book a time and place for pick-up.

To identify your order, when picking up your product, you need to bring a copy of your order confirmation/invoice.


Delivery time
Swedish orders 2-7 working days.
International orders 3-10 working days.

Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

You have the right to return products (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The goods must be unused, complete and in original and resalable condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt.

When returning or exchanging products you will have to pay all shipping costs. Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

Please make sure all returned products are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Otherwise we will not accept the return.

We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by WE LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

1. Always contact us at info@welovethisproduct before returning a product.
2. Send the product back together with a copy of the original receipt from whom you've bought the product. Write the account you would like to be credited on the receipt.
3. When the designer has received the product and approved the return, WE LOVE THIS PRODUCT will credit the account you assigned on the copy of the original receipt.

Faulty items
If a product is faulty you may return the product free of charge. Contact us by email within 14 days after receiving the product. If the product is faulty or if we have shipped an incorrect product we will send you a new product free of charge. If the replacement product is sold out or unavailable we will issue a full refund.

Damaged goods
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us.

Force Majeure
If WE LOVE THIS PRODUCT fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then WE LOVE THIS PRODUCT can not be held responsible
